素键不将键入内容、上下文、个人词库或 Rime 学习数据上传到开发者服务器，不内置广告、行为统计或第三方追踪 SDK。
1. 谁提供素键
素键由深圳随岸科技有限公司提供。关于本政策和个人信息处理的疑问，请联系 support@diduai.top。
2. 输入和本地数据
键盘会处理你按下的按键、正在组合的拼音，以及系统向键盘提供的有限输入上下文，以生成候选、插入文字和执行删除。处理发生在设备上。
你的布局、主题、触感设置、手动词条、导入词库和词库快照保存在本地应用目录。主 App 与键盘扩展通过系统允许的共享容器交换配置。Rime 会在本地保存学习词条、选择频率及相关输入法数据，用于后续候选排序；这些数据可能包含你使用过的词语。素键没有开发者账户、云词库或跨设备同步服务。
Mac 1.2.1 标准版随包提供完整雾凇词库和 Lua 日期、计算等工具，在本机执行，不下载或执行远程脚本，不向服务器发送文字或计算内容。标准版不包含可选整句模型，普通输入、全部词库和工具仍可用；App 内不提供模型下载入口。
Mac 的内置词库与存储详情只读取本地文件元数据和公开分类清单，不解析个人词条或学习数据库。源码导出只分享随包的资源源码归档，不包含个人词条、设置或学习记录；由你选择保存或分享的位置。
3. “允许完全访问”是可选项
iOS 普通离线输入不要求开启“允许完全访问”。如需在系统键盘中使用轻触震动，可在系统设置中自行开启，再随时关闭。此权限会同时放开系统允许的联网等扩展能力；它并不表示素键会上传内容。无论开关是否开启，素键输入引擎均在本地运行，不向开发者或第三方发送输入内容。
触感是否可用还取决于设备及系统设置。相机、麦克风、通讯录与定位不是素键输入功能的必要权限。密码框、部分电话键盘或限制第三方键盘的 App 由 iOS 使用系统键盘处理。
4. 导入、导出与备份
导入只读取你通过系统文件选择器明确选中的词库文件；导出由你选择保存或分享的位置。如果选择 iCloud Drive 或其他文件服务，相应传输与存储由该服务处理。系统或你自行启用的设备备份也可能包含本地数据，适用对应服务的规则。
5. 你主动发送的反馈
点击反馈邮箱会打开邮件编写界面，不会自动发送邮件。仅当你自行发送时，我们才收到你的邮件地址、正文及主动附加的截图或文件；这些信息用于回复、排查问题和维护相关支持记录，不用于广告画像。请避免发送密码、验证码、完整聊天记录或其他无关敏感内容。我们只在处理问题和必要的后续支持期间保留反馈；如需查询或删除你的反馈记录，请通过同一邮箱联系我们，法律要求保留的部分除外。
6. 官方网站和 Apple 服务
打开官网、隐私政策或支持页面时，浏览器会与网站服务器连接，服务器需要处理 IP 地址、请求路径和时间等必要网络信息，以提供网页及保障服务安全。素键产品页没有广告、统计脚本或 Cookie。通过 App Store 下载、更新和系统诊断共享而产生的信息由 Apple 按其规则处理；这与素键输入引擎向开发者上传内容不同。
Mac 1.1 及以上版本仅在你主动点击“设置 → 检查更新”或下载更新时连接素键官网。官网会处理提供更新所需的 IP 地址、请求路径和时间等网络信息；更新检查与下载不上传输入内容、上下文、个人词库或学习记录。没有后台自动检查、下载或安装更新。
7. 你的控制与数据删除
你可以更改设置、导出或删除个人词条，并在系统设置中停用键盘和关闭完全访问。删除手动词条或恢复词库快照不会同步清除 Rime 已学习的同名词；iOS 键盘当前没有独立的学习数据清空入口。Mac 1.1 及以上版本可在“设置 → Mac 输入习惯”中暂停学习；在设置的数据区可确认“清除 Mac 学习记录”，素键会先备份现有学习记录再清除，手动词条会保留。“恢复 Mac 学习记录”会用上次清除前的备份替换当前学习记录，该备份在恢复后仍保留在本机。卸载 iOS App 的本地数据清理由系统负责，共享容器和系统备份可能受系统保留规则影响。在 Mac 上移除输入源 App 不会自动删除应用支持目录中的词库、设置和学习数据；如需清理，可联系我们获取具体目录指引。导出文件或备份需在保存它们的服务中另行删除。
8. 儿童、变更与联系
素键不要求年龄、身份或账户信息，也不为广告识别儿童。未成年人发送反馈前，应征得监护人同意。本政策随实际功能和处理方式更新，并在本页注明日期；重要变化会通过适当方式说明。隐私问题请发至 support@diduai.top。

On-device input
SuKey processes keystrokes, composition and limited context supplied by the operating system locally to offer candidates and insert or delete text. It does not upload typed text, context, personal dictionaries or Rime learning data to the developer or third parties. It has no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs and no developer account or cloud dictionary service.
Local storage and optional access
Layouts, themes, haptic preferences, personal vocabulary and vocabulary snapshots are stored on the device. The app and keyboard share configuration using system-provided containers. Rime keeps learned words and usage frequencies locally to improve candidate ordering. Ordinary iOS typing works without Full Access. Full Access is optional for system keyboard haptics; granting it also enables broader operating-system capabilities, including network access, but SuKey still does not transmit input data. Haptic availability depends on the device and system settings.
Mac 1.2.1 Standard includes the complete Rime Ice dictionaries and local Lua date and calculation tools. They run on your device without downloading or executing remote scripts or sending text or calculations to a server. The optional sentence model is not included; ordinary input, all dictionaries and tools remain available. The app does not download models.
The Mac built-in dictionary and storage views read file metadata and the public resource catalog, without parsing personal vocabulary or learning databases. Source export shares only the bundled input-resource source archive, which contains no personal vocabulary, settings or learning records. You choose where to save or share it.
Files and services you choose
Imports read only the file you select. You choose the location or recipient for exported files. A selected cloud file provider or system backup service may store this data under its own policies. Apple handles App Store downloads, updates and system diagnostics under its policies.
Voluntary feedback and website visits
The feedback action opens an email composer; it does not send automatically. If you send a message, we receive your address, message and attachments to answer and investigate your request. We retain them only for handling and necessary follow-up support, subject to applicable retention duties. Please omit unrelated sensitive data. Contact us to request access or deletion of feedback. Website requests necessarily provide network information, such as IP address, requested path and time, to serve and secure the site. The SuKey pages contain no advertising, analytics scripts or cookies.
On Mac 1.1 and later, SuKey connects to its official website only when you manually select Settings → Check for Updates or download an update. The website processes network information needed to provide updates, including your IP address, requested path and time. Update checks and downloads do not upload typed text, context, personal dictionaries or learning records. There are no automatic background update checks, downloads or installations.
Your choices and deletion
You can change settings, remove personal entries, disable the keyboard and revoke Full Access. Removing a manual entry does not remove the same word learned by Rime. The iOS keyboard currently has no separate in-app command to clear all learning data. On Mac 1.1 and later, you can pause learning in Settings → Mac Input Preferences. After you confirm Clear Mac Learning Records in the data section of Settings, SuKey backs up the current learning records and then clears them; manual vocabulary is retained. Restore Mac Learning Records replaces the current learning records with the backup made before the last clear. That backup remains on your Mac after restoration. iOS manages local-data removal on app deletion; shared containers and backups follow system retention rules. Removing the Mac input-source app leaves its application-support data. Contact support for the relevant cleanup locations. Remove exports and backups separately from their destination services.
Children and updates
No account, age or identity information is required to type. Children should obtain a guardian's consent before sending support email. We update this page when practices change, show the revision date, and provide appropriate notice for material changes.
